Sound card (?) problems

Hey, I have one question to ask.

Yesterday I had this problem, after listening to some internet radio my speaker started to buzz for unknown reason. Now, I got this problem several times while watching movies online (it happened twice if I'm correct), but after powering off my PC for night or restarting Windows Audio Endpoint and Windows Audio services and restarting PC usually helped. But not this time. I've been suspicious about my sound card earlier, but considering the fact that this buzzing problem was gone for more than 2 months I totally forgot about it. So, what's your opinion guys? Did it finally gone POOF or maybe there's software side problems?

Good question that what i want to ask him, try another speaker if u got the same proplem thats mean the sound card in this case will be two possibilities

1.is the hardware proplem, then i think you need to unplug the the card and plug it again maybe this help,if dose not work there is another sound card but is building with motherboard you can use it and check the sound.

2.Software proplem and i thing its easy just download the driver for the sound card and install it again.

Thanks for answers. It's both with headphones and speakers. But again, it's fixed. Still, I have no clue what's going on. I restarted the mentioned services, powered off my pc and unplugged it from the electricity socket. I left it like this for 5 to 10 minutes while I was cleaning CPU fan. After I finished and powered on my pc again, sound was back to normal. I guess magic does happen.
