Could be that a spammer has been using DHCP and the IP now allocated to another user which in turn is blocked. If you have problems please use this form http://www.epicdot.com/forum/sendmessage.php and we can manually register if we know your desired username and email address for registration. Use the form as above. You can then change the password later once logged on. Or pass on details to one of the RCONs and it will be looked into - manual registration.
