i think you could prob get a package with a better mobo and cpu for around that price krabs had a good site the other day with some nice deals on that mobo only supports upto 1333mhz ram ,prob be safer bet with at least a i5 2500k ?

yeh its a driver issuse friend of mine has the same problem ..try lowering textures to medium or high and turning shadows off
