No, and that's strange. Files are different, on my PC, files are from the first days of aIW, while on laptop, they're downloaded from aIW website. And to add more, my friend has this problem too and he never played MW2.

Hi there people. Sooo, here's the deal. I got a quite annoying problem on my second PC. I recently installed MW2 (downloaded from alteriw.net, fully updated etc.), but it seems I can't launch it. I get this "Your iwd_22 is incorrect" message while on the other computer everything works like a charm. I tried looking at the aIW forums for solution and made an opinion that the thing that's at fault is network (my computers are connected to different ISP's, one uses wireless connection, on this MW2 works well, and the other one is connected via cable). I found a thread about MAC adress spoofing or whatever it is, but the thing is, I have never tempered with these settings on that computer. Any ideas?

Greetings people. Haven't been here for a while. Finally, I'm a fully pledged university student. I was wondering if someone could share (if you want ofcourse) the experiences of living with friends Also, I'm waiting for ideas how to spend your free time between the studies or on weekends I'll be without my laptop for week or two, so playing CoD is not an option xD Cheers!

I agree with kick/ban. RCON's have been way too forgiving in their case. Not only these guys disrespect players and staff, but also act like they own ED server. I say they need to be punished.

Thanks for answers. It's both with headphones and speakers. But again, it's fixed. Still, I have no clue what's going on. I restarted the mentioned services, powered off my pc and unplugged it from the electricity socket. I left it like this for 5 to 10 minutes while I was cleaning CPU fan. After I finished and powered on my pc again, sound was back to normal. I guess magic does happen.

Hey, I have one question to ask. Yesterday I had this problem, after listening to some internet radio my speaker started to buzz for unknown reason. Now, I got this problem several times while watching movies online (it happened twice if I'm correct), but after powering off my PC for night or restarting Windows Audio Endpoint and Windows Audio services and restarting PC usually helped. But not this time. I've been suspicious about my sound card earlier, but considering the fact that this buzzing problem was gone for more than 2 months I totally forgot about it. So, what's your opinion guys? Did it finally gone POOF or maybe there's software side problems?

Yeah, First Aid is a must. Some waterproof clothes would be good too. By cooking stuff you meant the tourism gasstove and something like that? I also recommend you getting flashlight just in case. I can't think of anything else, because I never been in Scotland and I don't know what kind of weather is there. When buying clothes make sure they're comfortable, durable and warm enough if the temperature get's low.

Totally agree. I myself just finished school. Well, I can say that my school (or gymnasium) was pretty decent, something like higher level thing, but still there were people who just went there only because their parents forced them to, because they wanted something good for their children. It seems that lots of my generation people simply doesn't give a f.ck about things like that. We tend to ignore important things and we aren't trying hard to achieve something we want. But why bother when we have grown ups to do everything for us? That's the current view of many young people these days. I was one of them recently, I admit it, but that's a past Today, I can call my self a better person! But damn, I'll miss my school :|

I can say the same Even if I'm playing with consoles for quite some time now, I still can't get used to running and looking around. But I can't imagine playing RPG games with PC (not including mmorpg). I still remember those old days spent playing Final Fantasy xD

Each gaming rig, be it console or PC, has it's own pluses and minuses, besides, these two are different platforms so there's no use trying to compare those two. Consoles will always be consoles and PC's...well, I don't know what will happen to them. Maybe we'll have holo-computers soon? That would be cool. And I partly agree with Stiuart, if I'm going to buy MW3, I'll get it on console first. Even if you usually get to play with kids, it doesn't matter. If you're young, it doesn't mean you're dumber than everyone else (this age problem tends appear on aIW as I noticed). And one more thing, I don't know if it was a pure luck or something, but when I used to play on console, I met less cheaters than playing with PC. In conclusion I'll repeat Stiuart's words - let's not get ourselves into fanboy wars! Peace!

Actually, I was a bit disappointed by this movie. I was hoping something more from it. But I can't say that it was bad. Lots of action, awesome driving and etc. But, oh well, everybody has their own taste
