There are now 2 aRev servers online. There will also be a couple on the 4D1 network. They will be tested the next 2 weeks. Feel free to use them and pass on.

AR Use the old MW2 folder but copy these files http://in.alterrev.net/beta/release/iw4m.rar Just tested it and it seemed somewhat chaotic, probably too many cheaters. Nevertheless it worked fine (as a game). 4D1 Use the old MW2 folder http://fourdeltaone.net/iw4m/InstallIW4M.exe run the file and point to the folder, it will do the rest and update. A much more polished version. You need a forum login to play. I will test dedicated servers next 2 weeks.One thing though these games will have to monitored as there are too many cheaters.

I have seen a number of browser based games, looks to be the trend. Free game but you can buy options within the game, clever stuff. I have done similar with a game for my iPhone. Free but as you work yourself into the game, become addicted and start paying for 'features'.
