If he changes IP can't. Can but.. have to set ban with a mask, something like 192.168.1.*. This is no good if have another ppl from same IP range

With my bad English i'm not sure i'll do it right so i prefer to not do this. About typing in another language - all guys do it, me too with my friends from Bulgaria. If it's wrong - all ppl have to go out:) I just want to be fun! -
